Project Management

Talent Booking, and Management

We work with some of the biggest talent booking agencies around and have hosted many household names. Having been immersed in the nightlife industry for years we have watched friends become superstars and careers rise and fall within a heart beat.

Our experience in producing and promoting dance music makes us a one stop shop for organising talent at your event. Our team of bookers have their finger on the pulse so can be sure to provide what you are looking for.

We are often asked for specific artists, or given a broader scope; letting us put our expertise to work. Given a criteria we can find the perfect artist for your event. This doesn’t stop at bands and DJ’s. We have access to a wide range of performers including Freestyle motocross riders, beatboxers, graffiti artists, skateboarders and free runners.

Alongside our work with other agencies, we operate a small but effective collective of artists. Our in-house service can offer artists (bands and DJs) across a broad spectrum of music ideal for private parties, small events and weddings.

Artist Liaison

When working with artists, we feel it is important to make sure their experience is filled with positive emotions. Our artist liaisons have worked at countless UK and European festivals (Glastonbury, Bestival, Womad, Latitude, Bospop, Rock En Seine). They work hard to ensure that artists have everything they need and set times are adhered to. We have our own transport company operating splitter vans (9 seater minibus with storage for backline) and have access to countless other vehicles so pick up and drop off anywhere is Europe is possible.

Sound Engineering

Sound is very important to us. We have an avid passion for sound quality. We work with some of the most respected sound engineers in the UK for this reason. With the best people and equipment, we are able to offer a service unlike other, going beyond expectations every time. For dance music events we use Void Acoustics and/or Funktion1 systems. Lighting design

Lighting can make or break an event. We find there are many companies out there using poor lighting. Copied designs from industry standards like Robe and Martin. We only use the best equipment and get the results to match. Our network of freelance engineers have designed some of the best shows in the world. They can be found touring with anyone from David Guetta to Madonna. They also have experience of designing stages at festivals throughout Europe. We have worked with many international brands such as Pioneer, Nokia, Red Bull and Jack Wills to deliver their brand message through events. We have been involved at varying levels, from organising production, artists, equipment, crew or liaison to complete project management, creating a concept or experience, analysing the market, activating the communication and analysing the results. CAD, Motion Graphics, Digital Design and Print

Many events we are involved with require the use of CAD. We produce models to accurately represent exactly what your event will look like. For many, this is the only way of visualising what we are offering.

In the current age, technology is king. Flyers, posters, leaflets, websites plus motion graphics, videos and audio mixes are important to let the world know about your event. Using our design service, we can get your event up and running online in a heartbeat. We can also point you in the right direction to get all your printing done.

Structures and Engineering

A key part to any event is the structures. Whether custom built, built to last or using a standard structure type, our engineers can design, risk assess and create impressive structures to your brief. By first analysing your requirements we can assess the feasibility of your request and manage the project from conception to completion.

International – Laws, Languages and Logistics

We work with many clients in mainland Europe. Before any event we ensure we know what we can and cannot do, where laws differ from the UK. We can also help to ensure that languages are not barriers. We have fluent speakers of French, Spanish, German, Swedish, Polish, Latvian and Russian.

Safety Management

We assess risk and manage this throughout our events. All our crew have the necessary safety certifications required to work, be it at height or in more unusual circumstances and we always operate a safety first policy. We have advised all our staff and freelancers to take the SAFETY PASSPORT course currently being offered by the PSA. Our safety experts have further experience of every type of event and the risks associated to it. We can be sure to assess, control and manage risk throughout your event.

Drapery and Décor

Drapes

Blackout drapes are essential at many events. Whilst we would normally provide these to supplement a bigger project, through our drape suppliers we are able to offer exceptional rates on hire and installation within the UK. We do not dry hire our drapes.

Decor

We can create custom environments or re-create something you have in mind. Themes props, dancefloors, furniture, seating, red carpets, table linens, fabrics, plants, atmospheric lighting… our catalogue of equipment is endless. If you have a concept, we can re-create it.
