Event Analysis:
Working in arctic conditions and temperatures as low as -20 degrees, our team worked night and day to get the stage built within the parameters available. Faced with an all night snow storm producing an inch of snow every 10-15 minutes, we had to organise all-night shift patterns to ensure the safety of our crew.
Immediately after the opening party, we de-rigged the stage, sound, light and visuals and re-assembled inside the sports hall. Using CAD, we arranged a completely different design for the stage for the opening and closing nights, using our wide range of production tools to our maximum advantage.
Collecting multiple artists from different airports was again hindered by the snow fall, but we soldiered through to deliver the best Busc trip ever, from conception to completion.
